With the Northern being in the heart of the Northern quarter, it's no surprise we play host to a broad variety of events. From bands to DJ's, quizzes, cabaret, poetry & acoustic nights, coupled with regular gallery events for Northern Quarter artists and the notoriously popular Lockey's Lock in, there's always something going on, come down and see what you're missing.

Looking for a Venue?
The Northern pub is available from Sundays to Wednesdays for parties, meetings, charity events, Salsa classes...anything apart from mud wrestling!
We have a top notch sound system in a great pub with plenty of space to present, to dance to sit and to eat!
150 capacity with a self contained smoking area...it doesn't get much better!
